Communication in the area of nursing can be considered to be very much important. The main factor which can be considered here is related to the factor of how the treatment is given to the patient. In most of the cases, the delivery of the care which is given to the elder citizen should be more focused on quality due to the factor of demand they always prevail in the sector. Mr. William Taylor who is one of the members in the aged care facility is of age 86 and he always prevail in an area where the nurse should be caring for him. Moreover, the process of working which is seen in the area can also be stated to be playing a significant role in the area of manipulation of the different activities. The area of implementation of the different tools in the context can be considered very much important which can lead to proper service to the elder patients.

Identification of the concepts, communication framework,and nursing tools-

SOAP is one of the methods, which can be implemented in the sector of the case study. The main area of working which is seen in the SOAP is the area of documentation, which is done from the end of the nurse so that they can directly record the patient’s history, which can be beneficial for the area of treatment (Mueller et al., 2015, p.458). Hence, the factor of including the area of proactive in the segment of SOAP can be considered to be proving beneficial in most of the area of implementation.

ISBAR is another tool, which can be considered important in the segment of nursing due to the factor that it directly involves safe handover of the data to the next person who would be in charge of the patient (Riley, 2015). This handover mainly involves direct dealing on the record of the patient and how the overall health condition of the patient can be altered. In the sector of the case study, it can be considered that ISBAR could have been very much important which can directly affectthe section of working and in most of the cases can directly help in the segment of altering the problem, which is seen in the scenario.

Analysis of the Communication Scenario-

The main concept which is stated in the domain prevails on how the nurse conducts their duty which conducting their duty (Sprangers, Dijkstra and Romijn-Luijten, 2015, p. 311). In the area, it can be considered that in an elder care facility most of the people tend to demand service, which is optimal which, can directly impact their standard of living. The main advantage which can be considered in the context of people-centered care is the process of thinking and directing on the concept application of procuring of job working is decided. One of the sectors, which can be stated in the context, is proper communication, which can majorly dissolve different problem in the area of operation. In the scenario, it can be considered that if the legislation area is covered it can directly affect the sector of work.

Application of concepts, communication framework,and nursing communication tools-

Hence the factor of orientation is very much crucial in the context which should be always be manipulated. Awareness is one of the areas, which plays a significant role in the context, which would be directly helping the nursing point of view. According to the case study, it can be considered that awareness could have directly avoided the sector of misleading which could have directly helped to alter the area of working (Williams, Ilten and Bower, 2016, p. 40). Hence, communication with the concept of awareness can help resolve different forms of problem areas and helps to leada better orientation of working (Jusela et al. 2017).

Self-care, on the other hand, is another important factor, which can be focused in the domain, which can directly reflect the standard of operation, which is seen in the context of the case study work, and the standard of operation, which is seen with the concept (Giger, 2016). Acute medicine program has directly stated that the ISBAR is one of the most important tools, which should be implemented in most of the nursing area, which can be directly beneficial for the segment of proper working of the different activity.

One of the advantages, which can be stated here, is linked to the removal of the risk, which is related to the area of operation, which is seen in a nursing sector (Abdrbo, 2017, p. 150). The service which is provided from the end of the nurses toward the customers is one of the most important areas of concern which should not include any type of flaws hence the factor of orientation in the sector can be stated to be very much important.

Conclusion-

In the segment of working, it can be considered that there can be different types of tools, which could have been implemented which would be directly avoiding the factor of the risk, which had taken place. One of the important factors, which can be stated here, is linked to the aspect of communication, which can be stated as one of the most important areas of working which can be stated in the context of the operation. In the near future, it can be stated according to the case study that there can be different areas of problem seen in the context of the operation, but one of the important factors, which should be focused, is the mitigation plan, which should be implemented so that the risk factor is directly mitigated.
