The Latin Kings' History began in the 1920s or 1930s, although I knew them by another name. Many Puerto Ricans arrived in New York in the early 1900s. So-called "Noble Knights" (related to today's Latin Kings) and "Young Lords" were founded. The organization is still linked to these gangs. "Papa King" or "Papa Santos" is the originator of the Latin Kings. He founded it in Chicago in the 1950s. Despite his importance in Latin King History, you know nothing about him or his life.
