But in case the power and authority will lie with certain board of directors who are the stake holders then they will have to sit together and mutually agree to the decision that they have to make. i.e. they have to be firstly convinced with what they are doing then only they can influence others and even they have to save their positions as they are just the ruling party with stake and shares of the company, which can be taken at any point of time
b. Rituals and Regulations – The kind or the way the company is getting operated by the people in terms of the rules and regulations and the style of working also determines and forms the organizational culture.
c. Control Mechanisms – Even after giving power to the various shareholders or the departmental heads, there can be somebody sitting who monitors the overall performance of the company in terms of its employee growth, revenues, figures and the targets. The control mechanisms ensure that every individual moves as per the guidelines implemented within the organization.
d. Brand & Market Image – In case the products and the services of the company have established in the market then the culture would be different as if the market image or brand building would be strong, there would not lies any issue in maintaining a healthy organizational culture.
So organizational culture is always formed by its people as whatever be the people’s attitude, behavior, response and the situations will definitely determine and concretely form the culture. Every single person in the organization is responsible for its culture and hence will either contribute to the good or bad growth of the company.
