• Not have made a selection to declare the Wish Grant credit score for any 4 earlier tax decades.
• Not have completed the first 4 decades of college education and learning before this tax season.
• Must have been free of any govt or condition crime indictment for having or circulating a managed substance as of the end of the tax season.
