The owner believes that she is ready for an expansion of the business in a major way. The business has been built on the (real or perceived!) reputation of the health benefits of the Chinese herb. She has recently observed a number of (mainly) women who request a number of HP drinks at the one time to take away. She has observed them pouring the drinks into their own bottles immediately after purchase. She casually asked them for the reasons behind their actions. They all replied that they added the drink to the baby formula they made up each day for their babies and toddlers. They expressed the view that they felt it made the baby and toddler more relaxed and enabled them to sleep well at night (this is ‘bliss’ for a new parent!!).
