Conscious leaders always give priority to all the stakeholders rather than focusing on the shareholders to think beyond profit. Stakeholders contribute to the business by embracing global factors to build cultural consciousness. The conscious culture looks for an opportunity to value the creation of individual stakeholders by creating harmony between all the stakeholders.

Organizational culture is one of the important pillars of every organization. The concept of culture includes a sub-branch- conscious capitalism. Conscious capitalism enhances the economic stability of an organization along with providing growth opportunities. The conscious culture and the aspects of its sub-branch enhance economic possibilities.

This workshop can help organizations to identify how a brand image can attract customers and help to achieve sustainability in the global market scenario. The brand of every organization has the potential to provide future profitability.

This activity has been conducted to achieve better knowledge about conscious culture and its importance in the global market scenario. All the activities are done in such a way so that the coming challenges and barriers can be faced and overcome with proper measurements.
