The topic for the professional workshop is “Conscious Cultures and Management in Global Corporations”. Business is now expanding in the global market and business globalization has become a common factor in the modern era in the corporate business scenario. It results in diversity in the workplace. The diverse organizational culture creates a new term conscious culture in the organization. A conscious culture is a cultural awareness that aims to build trust between culturally diverse stakeholders and other stakeholders of an organization. A conscious culture is a human behavior that is expected and accepted within organizations. This paper aims to prepare professional workshop outlines for the mentioned topic. At first, it will deliver an idea about conscious capitalism along with the four segments of conscious capitalism and its role in the global corporate scenario. Next, the report will discuss the key activities as well as the role of the instructor and the target audience for the workshop. Methods to facilitate the activities will be discussed here. Next, it will provide an idea about the barriers to implementing each aspect of conscious culture. The diversity of the activities to suit the varied personalities of the target audience will be discussed too.

This activity has been conducted to achieve better knowledge about conscious culture and its importance in the global market scenario. All the activities are done in such a way so that the coming challenges and barriers can be faced and overcome with proper measurements. I think, the most common barrier of the workshop was the inability of the group members to understand the purpose of the workshop. This could be handled by properly motivating the group members. Moreover, I have achieved my goals which I hoped to accomplish through the workshop.
